At Alira, we are committed to delivering your jewelry order in the fastest, most secure manner possible. Below are the details about our shipping times and processes:
Shipping Timeframes
Prepaid Orders: Orders paid in full at checkout (via credit card, debit card, or other online payment methods) will typically be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days for delivery anywhere within India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders will require a slightly longer processing time, and you can expect your jewelry to arrive within 6-7 business days after placing your order.
Made-to-Order Items: For items that are customized or made-to-order, the production process will take approximately 3 business days to complete. After production, the delivery will take the standard shipping time based on your location:

- Prepaid Orders: 3-4 business days for delivery.
- COD Orders: 6-7 business days for delivery.
Shipping Method & Carrier
We use reliable courier partners to ensure that your jewelry reaches you in perfect condition. Shipping will be via Bluedart, Delhivery, Dtdc and tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped on weekdays (Monday to Saturday ). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

- While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather, courier delays, or public holidays may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed and do our best to expedite the delivery.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.
Packaging
- All jewelry is carefully packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We use protective packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
